Carla O’Dell comes to us with 35+ years of faith-based ministry work and 45+ years in business administration across various industries.  She holds a Biblical Counseling certification from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has worked jail ministry and Celebrate Recovery groups alongside her retired pastor husband, Walter.  Her driving passion is encouraging men and women in their faith journey, seeing God’s transformation as they seek His direction for their lives. 

Monay Boring began her work with CJC in January, 2020. She is an alumni of Christian Job Corps of Kendall County and a long-time Boerne resident. As a single mom, she raised her 5 children in the Boerne ISD. She is passionate about helping women understand who they are as a child of God and encouraging them to fulfill their purpose in life.
